What is a "Custom Home"?  A "Custom Home" is one that is built for a particular owner with their taste and characteristics.  Guthrie Construction and Design will discuss with new owners on their needs from entry-level homes to top of the line custom homes with many custom features.  We will design and price your requirements to fit on your lot or we can find you a lot in the neighborhood you desire.  We build a minimum of 2000 sq. ft. heating and cool and larger in the custom market.
